Richard J. Kaleba, CHE, CHC - Principal

Mr. Kaleba has over 25 years of healthcare experience. His background includes senior management positions in multi-hospital systems, religious affiliated hospitals, and in contract management arrangements as well as 10 years as a Healthcare Consultant.

His operational experience ranges from being Director of Materials Management to that of Chief Executive Officer of a full service hospital. Mr. Kaleba brings this range of operational expertise to his consulting engagements. His consulting experience includes strategic planning, organizational development, medical staff development and recruitment, and market analysis and program development. As CEO, Mr. Kaleba redesigned the organizational structure and medical staff quality assurance program, while transforming the institution into a profitable organization. While serving as the COO of a system-affiliated hospital, he developed numerous new programs. As the Vice President of Planning for a religious affiliated hospital he planned a total replacement hospital, MOB development, and the expansion of existing services. He has also served as the Senior Manager of Business Development for a major construction management firm. He has served on the boards of visiting nurse associations, hospices, hospitals, and health systems. Richard is a credentialed member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC) and a Diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
